Today we are focussing on catching. Find a ball, any size. Start by bouncing the ball on the floor and seeing if you can catch it. See how many times you can do this.
Next bounce the ball against a wall and try and catch it. Is this harder? How many times can you do this?
Finally challenge yourself to throw the ball in the air and see if you can catch it. Start by only throwing it a little bit and then try it further away.
